Cancellation & No Show Policy
If you would like to reschedule or cancel an appointment please reschedule or cancel within 24 hours of the date of service. We will charge the card on file a $50 cancellation fee.
Late arrivals
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will be rescheduled and you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
Refund Policy
Security deposits may be refundable but can vary from patient to patient depending on the procedure.
Children Policy
We adore our patient’s children, but to ensure our staff and the safety of others we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your office visit.
